Marsh Tit

I rather pooh-poohed this conntraption when my sister gave it to me. Within a minute of putting it up rather forlornly, this Marsh tit was there and eating from it. 
At least I think it is a Marsh tit although I am not too familair with the European subspecies of eithe Marsh or Willow Tit.
