An Unusual Sight

Today I have spent most of the day laying down, sometimes sleeping, but mostly awake; it is the only position in which my legs do not hurt despite the pain killers. Briefly, while getting some coffee from the kitchen today, one of our female Reed Buntings decided to eat from the broken bird table, which I need to fix. They usually avoid the bird table, which is very exposed, preferring the feeders, so this is an unusual sight to see.
