Baker Day

Dough on the rise for a bloomer and a batch of hot mildly grumpy buns (no crosses).

Mr Hollywood reckons that the temperature in the average kitchen is between 18 - 24 deg c so there should be no problem getting a rise. In our kitchen it's about 10 deg. The rise takes a bit of encouragement but we get there in the end.

Also a batch of biscotti in the oven.
