Momma Melissa

I visited my niece today. Melissa and Chris recently moved to Philomath (just west of Corvallis) from Newport making the drive very doable Their little Anna Irene looks so much like her mom, while Benny in the background takes after Chris. It was really fun and felt so good to spend a few hours with them.
I love driving through the valley on 99W; I picked up Eric at the car museum near Salem, where he'd been for an event there, and we continued home on backroads. Well, as backroady as you can get heading into the metro area.
