March Visitors

Since 2019 we have had a pair of ducks visit our lane during March or April. As it was so quiet during Lockdown, an egg was left in the lane. Sadly it didn’t survive for very long. There are 7 properties in our lane and 3 ponds to choose from. There are also 4 cats to avoid too. These ducks are very brave. Bonchurch Pond which is very nearby would be a safer place for them. However, we are always pleased to see them.
