Beer,Books and Cake....
A dry ,sunny day again . Usual feeding of cattle etc. Even broke my self imposed rule about avoiding sheep at lambing time as the wee lassie helping the herd couldn't get a ewe lambed so I was called in to lamb it for her.
Littlemiss had made me a birthday cake filled with M& Ms,so it would have been rude not to have some after risking second degree burns from the heat from all candles !
Went to fill the petrol cans tonight as fuel consumption goes through the roof at this time of year. Even at supermarket pumps it cost £ 97 to fill 3 Jerry cans,which will last 2-3 days if I'm lucky. Better not to think about it really !
