'Tis the Season

Making little Boxelder Bugs.  Not looking forward to it!

Darrin played golf today, so Becky and the boys came over to spend the afternoon with us.  I think I've yelled at the boys enough that they realize that they shouldn't jump on Piper.  We're worried that their rough play could injure her as they are 2 and she is 11.  Anyway, I didn't have to say anything today.  They greeted her (gently) and then left her alone.  That gives me hope that we might be able to leave Piper with Becky so we can take a trip for our 50th anniversary in September.  We left them with PD for a while and did a little shopping for Becky's upcoming business trip.  Then we all had a late lunch together.  She left just before my family Zoom meeting, so I've had a busy day.  Fortunately, the bugs were on the garage wall when I walked out with her, or I wouldn't have a blip.  I wish I had taken the time to get a better shot.

I am grateful that life is never boring!  My days are always full - which is why I'm chronically behind on Blip.  I'm doing my best to post every day but that's about all I've had time for.  Tomorrow is another snow day (after 74 degrees today), so maybe I'll catch up a little...
