Snob screens
Bright and early my alarm clock sounded this morning. So that I could get the 7.20am coach to Birmingham. Eamonn and I had to clear Liam's house. So a very sad day, looking at his life, deciding where everything was to go. I took the whole day.
Afterwards Eamonn and I went to Milans for a vegetable Thali, as always it was scrumdidliumptious! Then we went to the Bartons Arms for a swift one before catching my coach back to Leeds at 8pm.
The photograph is part of the bar in the Bartons Arms. The little screens move and are called snob screens. They were so no one in that area of the establishment could be recognised. Years ago there was a theatre across the road. Laurel and Hardy have drank in this here Barton arms!
