Recovering nicely

Much to the girls’ delight, Don came to dinner this evening. 4 days into his recovery from the unfortunate encounter with the road surface while training for his Iron Man, he is looking and feeling well. Despite the numerous grazes, swollen wrist, black eye and fractured ribs he resumes training tomorrow
