Late, not early!

I started this Christmas stocking years ago and then knitting hats took over. It's a combination of several patterns and none! It's a foot high and a foot long, appropriately enough! 

Before I start on any more knitting, I decided I would need to finish what I'd already started. So, now I'm ahead for next Christmas! And I can buy more wool, if the urge comes upon me - it often does!
