Brighton

We drove to Burgess Hill today to stay with my brother-in-law and his wife. We took the train to Brighton as we had a lunch booked at The Ivy. Brighton and the train was so busy and the streets were very crowded and people were sitting at tables outside. It was like a summer’s day. It was almost as if Covid didn’t exist!!! We wore our masks but didn’t see anyone else doing so but we are in our 70s and my sister-in-law is in her 80s!

The Ivy is an amazing building inside The food was nothing special and quite expensive
