OperaHouse

This evening I went to see the Noel Coward play Blithe Spirit at the Opera House which is so beautiful that I'm always happy to be there, even just walking around outside. I went with two dear friends whose company is always a happy addition to a day. Unbeknownst to us it was a preview night, so there were a few errors but it doesn't matter much when the play is a farce. Two and a half hours including interval was a marathon - not so happy about that.

Another happy thing is that there are more and more people out and about at this great Sydney icon and surrounds. Not so many as at the height of the tourist season and when we have plenty of overseas students, but definitely gradually coming to life.
