Yes its a horrible triple self portrait! Yuk...I dont like photos of me ...but at least I have covered bits of me up!
Ive been wanting to try this as well for a long time and had to watch a Gavin Hoey video on u tube.
I set the camera up on a tripod ...set it to manual so I could keep the shutter speed the same for each shot.
Used layers and masks ..(Somehow) on PS 6 to combine all images.
Anyway this is it. Its not perfect and its not pretty but I have achieved what I wanted to try.
I apologise for the jodphurs and scruffy look but I went riding today and I do things on a whim so as soon as I got home I started messing about with this shot! I didnt think Id be able to get it right in photoshop so quick!....lol quick I mean it only took an hour or so not 4 hours like it usually does :-)

I think all you lovely people on here crossing your fingers for me to sleep last night did the trick, I got about 5 hours last night waking up twice ...which isnt bad and I woke up at 7 am not feeling too bad at all.
So thank you for that.
