Lounging

A shot of my beloved lounging in the SAS lounge where we are spending the last day of our hols ,
HarlingDarling drove us , predawn, to the airport at Sundsvall
and we were able to experience the arrival of the sun in all its fiery glory as we sped along past fields still blanketed in snow and waterways still frozen thick with with ice . We are leaving as spring seeps in and does its best to wash winter away .
An interesting time of year , we are pleased to have seen spring begin .
It was hard to say goodbye without our next meet-up plan in place , thank goodness for Zoom , FaceTime etc ! It’s my first trip toSweden as a retiree and now that we are no longer restricted to term times it will make visiting again so much easier.
That’s all for now , will be heading to the site in about an hour and then off we will go , homeward bound leaving Jan busy working on her translations and keith racing down some snowy slopes in the Dolomites .
