In Utrecht

We had a workshop this morning as a team. How to handle obstinate teens in the library. What better place to do that than in the North of the city Utrecht. An area populated with troublesome people and teens. Like in the Bijlmer in Amsterdam flats like these were built to house families in a cheap way. With green playgrounds in between. The intentions were good. But the areas got run down. In Amsterdam there has been a revival of the area. It looks quite good. I hope they'll soon follow that example over here as well.
