The Ideal Home Show turned out to be the Total Tat show, with everything from wooden ducks to hot tubs on sale. Fortunately we had free tickets and did find some nice pans so didn’t feel it was a waste. Plus we had a lovely long walk in the spring sunshine down to the Kings Road and a pleasant hour with S&B, who have a rug shop midway between Chelsea proper and imperial wharf.

These bright orange pods for modern living - conkers - were however pretty cool.
