The new building

It occurred to me that I had blipped the building site within my school grounds last year, but never the completed building. It's for the older students, I think, and has some boarding accommodation. I have never had a tour but I believe it's lovely inside. It is joined to the back end of 'the house' which forms part of our school, which is made up of buildings of many ages. I think the part I work in dates from the 1970s.


The cloud layer remained in place until after lunch, then the sun broke through. We had a glorious final two hours in the garden with the children..In my case, I ended up making chicken noises and doing "chicken jumps" in the sandpit. We take our play cues from the children.

And now I'm.on the sofa with Indie the cat, who is trying to rip a zipper cord off my trousers. They I'm grateful to have a peaceful place to return to after a busy day at work.
