Speed limit…

Not to worry. I was well within the limit!

I ran on my own this morning as both my Monday running friends have colds. I missed them! But it was so beautiful out there and the blossom on the trees and the magnolia buds seem to have come on in leaps and bounds with the sun this weekend.

This afternoon I went with Iris for a special eye test. She has macula degeneration and very little vision but great determination and is so on the ball at these appointments. Quite an act to follow!

Having walked to and from her home to meet her and done a good run this morning, I have my feet up this evening.

Thank you for your appreciation of my Blip yesterday. I’m glad we passed the house then as the tribute has gone today but those little hands on her window are still waving.
