Plan Bee

Late last night our son discovered a bee on his jacket hanging in the hall.

It was too dark and cold to put it outside so he got a box, some sugar water and a daffodil head to keep it as comfortable as possible.

To begin with it was a bit groggy but. After a few sips of the sugar water it perked up a bit.

It survived overnight so I placed it amongst some flowers in a tub in the morning sunshine. When I next looked it had gone.

It was a small gesture but felt satisfying.
