allergist this morning, an interesting and extensive look at pollens and other environmentals, i look like a scabby pin cushion.  tree pollens are the main source of my issues, which is a bummer as I love trees and live surrounded by them.

foods next monday, don't imagine much going on there, but you never know, as today revealed some weird things like i have an allergy to cotton.  bizarre.
