purslane

in flower in the polytunnel where I spent the day as its raining again. Its still mild though and smells fresh and new.
I got most of the peas planted, and some runner beans. Sweet corn too. A bit early I know but the plants were ready and I've plenty of fleece to wrap them up warm on frosty nights.
It was good to be in there and to have made a start on the new season, a good feeling.
