Now which of my friends gave me this?!

I thought it was time to have a rummage through my many (some unused) recipe books, but can't remember where this came from.  Prosecco and Prawn Risotto sounds good, as does Pink Prosecco Cake. I'll give Cucumber and Prosecco Salad a miss though; not sure about Prosecco Yorkshire Puddings!
