Park Life

I went to the 7am swim session, I stayed in Lane 1 which was going at a faster pace than usual.  Actually the whole pool was quite frenetic.

A & I went to Roundhay Park on a very pleasant Spring morning.  I knew that something good was going to happen because I was wearing my Kate Bush T-shirt. And so it did.  We were asked to speak on camera to a Journalist from Leeds TV which airs on Freeview 7.  Alice B. spoke fluently for 3 1/2 minutes, at the end of which he thanked her for sharing her thoughts but said he only had 2 mins to fill at 6pm.  We'll see what bits he keeps.

Another afternoon of pottering in the garden and completing the Guardian puzzles. I love High Pressure weather.
