A day of firsts.

The first day of 2022 that I applied sunscreen, the first time I used my new ladder, the first time I cut my own grass this year and, as I was doing it, I saw my first bat of 2022 flitting around the trees.

The extra is of the veg patch at my Monday and now Tuesday customers, it's all ready for another year of providing home grown produce. The main photo is of a Pittosporum I agreed to trim for an occasional customer. It pleased me that they were happy to have it clipped as I saw fit so it's had the various growth points emphasised rather than cut to a solid shape.

Oh, it's also the first time for a very long time that I done my blip in the early evening rather than last thing at night!!
