Walk on the beach.

That’s the Isle of Arran on the horizon. Our older son, his wife and wee dog were there earlier in the month. 16c today, first cargo shorts walk on the beach this year. Jumper and woolly hat too. Very pleasant. Good for well-being.

Covid19 omicron BA2 disruption continues. 2220 people in hospital test positive. Fortunately so far (generally) causes less severe disease overall. But schools and services etc are affected. Cases starting to rise in England, falling back in Northern Ireland, hopefully peaking here. The wave is now rolling to USA and Canada. Two years ago today we were on eve of Lockdown here….
