Flamborough Head

We dropped Phoebe at Bridlington for her service and headed to Flamborough Head.

(Flamborough Head is a promontory, 8 miles long on the Yorkshire coast of England, between the Filey and Bridlington bays of the North Sea. It is a chalk headland, with sheer white cliffs. The cliff top has two standing lighthouse towers, the oldest dating from 1669 and Flamborough Head Lighthouse built in 1806.)


The day was warm but very hazy. 
We parked up at the lighthouse and walked along the headland and looked over to the iconic cliffs, for here we took a short dive to South Landing to see the daffodils.


Tomorrow we will collect the caravan but before that we will go on a search to see if we can spot any Puffins at RSPB Bempton. Fingers crossed
