Somewhere down there

Another view down I'm afraid. The mountains, ice and frozen lakes of northern Canada looked fabulous as we flew over before heading into a bank of cloud and the night.

Managed very little sleep on the plane so operating on a faulty auto pilot since landing. Got the food shopping and a mountain of laundry started before crashing for a couple of hours but still struggling - one of the perils of long haul travel (I don't like traveling East). Produced something vaguely resembling pasta bolognaise for dinner. Catching up with Dr Who then it's bed for me. Hopefully normal service will resume tomorrow.
