Jesse

Jesse lives on the streets, but he was more than happy to give me an impromptu tour of the capital grounds on this glorious spring afternoon.  He sits on the park bench throughout the day and said he has listened to "so many tour guides over the years...I know everything about these grounds by now."   I have the feeling Jesse's "tour" was a little more colorful than most.   He insisted on wearing the flower saying, "Why not, looks good on me, right?"
