Going against the grain

Have had the Summer holidays on my mind all day today. As a person who backpacked independently around the world for a couple of years (in her yoooouf) and who has never been on a package holiday in her life - it has been painful searching for a summer holiday for the family today.

You see this year we are looking into the "all inclusive" options available in Europe. We are very restricted on timing due to Scout Camp and GCSE results and the prices are so high! However with three boys mostly interested in eating, swimming and socialising it seems a pragmatic option.

Anyone got recommendations?
