Friends vs no friends

When you think you have no friends and your neighbour gives you eggs…..

It’s always been difficult for me, if I’m being honest! I moved here when I was expecting ZQ and I knew nobody; I am a northerner amongst southerners - we vaguely speak the same language! Circumstances meant that I had to work long hours, and the impact of that is that have not really integrated or formed friendships. The playground has always been an uncomfortable place for me to be; I am quite shy…..very reticent. So….when my neighbour left me eggs it really made my day!
