Empty shelves

Some shelves of our local supermarkets are empty due to a serious transportation strike. Many lorry drivers have gone on strike to complain about the high cost of fuel used in their lorries.
The situation is getting dramatic in some places, not because there are no vegetables, milk cartons or oil bottles, but because some people grab more things than they would need to fill their cupboards at home just in case...
The same thing happened with toilet paper, yeast and flour in the first weeks of confinement.
