So nice to capture these little birds through the window unexpectedly today :)

Another night of poor sleep, coughing and sneezing, but feeling slightly better tonight.  Keeping away from people I have decided reluctantly not to go to my Slimming World group this week.  Still testing negative...

A nightmare though - can't order any lfts so now I have 2 left and that's it :(
