Rear window?
Who would have thought that two years on from the first U.K. wide Covid Lockdown we would still be pirouetting around it? “Living with it” is how the current PM likes to describe it.
Tomorrow I finally have an appointment to remove what’s left of a pesky wisdom tooth. It has to be done at Gloucester Royal Hospital. Today I had to go for a mandatory PCR test, also in Gloucester. Hopefully the test will be negative and the tooth that has been troubling me since before Christmas is finally sorted.
In the light of what’s happening in the centre of Europe makes my tooth pain seem very insignificant indeed. Medical operations in Ukraine are continuing against all odds. I honestly don’t know how.
After mowing the lawn in the 19 degree sunshine we watched the first hot air balloon of the season float serenely northwards over our house. It finally landed in a field at the end of our road.
An early night awaits as I have a voluntary nightshift very early tomorrow morning.
