Left and Unloved

It always makes me wonder when I see a bike that has been left for a long period of time at the same spot. Was it left for a short period that has just gotten longer or what? Does the owner ever walk passed and think "Better move that, go for a ride" ?

Anyway, it was saturday and it was good.
