At last Bulb has believed me that I am not a customer and not keen to pay my neighbours bill!! Though British Gas not much better as they have taken the wrong account a number of times, 18 months later, god knows how many emails, calls, ombudsman complaints and threats of debt collectors it would seem to be sorted.
