Slava Ukraini

I can't see yellow flowers and a blue sky without thinking about the Ukraine and the threatening escalation. Oh I do hope that there will be a back to normal, soon.
Dovidas, my favourite musician, made a very powerful improvisation for the Ukraine people. He is from Lithuania but lives in the US.
I couldn't find a translation of the first part of his song. Obviously it is the refrain of an Ukraine folk song about a couple, which is divided.
In the second part he sings:
Slava Ukraini! Heroiam slava!
For those of  you that don't know, it translates as:
Glory to Ukraine! Glory to the heroes!
It's the Ukrainian Military and National solute.
But even without understanding his words, you will feel the pain of the Ukrainian people.
