Almost paradise!

This is what we came for - white sand, turquoise sea and not a soul about. It might be a bit wild, but that's not a concern to us at the moment.

A two hour sea crossing from Uig, Isle of Skye and here we are on North Uist, in the Western Isles. (If anyone doesn't know where we are and is interested, try the location map where I have placed us.)

We have a most amazing house in the middle of nowhere and that's us for the week. If it's fine, we will walk. If it's not so fine, we will still walk, just not as far.
