Coffee break

We had three viewings this morning, for which the Estate Agents had arranged one of their reps to come and conduct them.  So once she arrived, we went out.  An exciting trip to the tip with wood offcuts of various sorts, and some textiles.

Then, as we had some time to kill before returning to the house, we stopped at a little local coffee shop for coffee and cake.  Wonderful to sit outside in the sunshine to enjoy it.  I didn't manage to eat quite all of my slice of coffee and walnut cake, and we've eaten nothing since - we should just about be hungry in time for dinner.

The couple that we showed round yesterday returned for another look around this afternoon - I think they are definitely serious.  As were one of the three shown round by the Agents this morning.  And we have two more viewings tomorrow.  It's looking promising.
