Camellia

My Camellia is covered in pink buds and flowers .... from a distance it looks great but looking more closely I could see that the edges of some of the petals are already beginning to discolour.

Lovely to see the garden coming to life again. Plenty of ordinary daffodils in flower, the fancier ones always bloom slightly later. Tulips in bud but no sign yet of any colourful petals. My favourites are the Pulsatillas with their wonderful hairy foliage. A few more days of warm sunshine and the deep purple flowers will open.
