Pieris

I seem to blip this small shrub every year, but nearly missed it this year. I chopped it back last year and this year it only has one flower - this one. So, I guess I shouldn’t have cut it back so much. It also doesn’t look very well :( 

Today we have been busy preparing for our rescheduled weekend to London to see the in-laws. The plants and seedlings have all be watered deeply - hopefully they will be OK until Monday.  The car has been washed and hoovered. And we’ve spent the afternoon at my parents dropping off some wine and flowers for Mum.  They are being taken out on Sunday by my brother.
