Splash

I have done a few of these in the past, all of them have been done with a dripping tap in the kitchen sink. I read a magazine article about water splash pictures and used their ideas on set-up, which improved my hit ratio. I do seem very skilled at getting the shutter timed perfectly to miss the splash, but I have improved the hit ratio quite dramatically.
