Strava Day 301/75 Hard Phase 3 Day 9/30.
Indoor yoga, mindful walk, forest bath and gallon done. Writing this entry at our local gym after a mile run which thankfully recorded more than 45 minutes of movement, counting as my second requisite workout of the day.

Mike Matthews (@muscleforlifefitness on Instagram and Spotify) is blabbering in the background, reminding me to : (1) Not overthink (2) Focus (3) Turn my/our gaze inward (4) Stay consistent with good nutrition (5) Not get swayed by the cacophony of conflicting rules and methods of different programs (6) Train now! Reflect later :)

Was notified this morning that T followed me on TikTok. It made me laugh because am really not doing what I do for "followers." I enjoy cleaning, i enjoy organizing, dancing, taking photos and choosing wellness.
