Civil War Reenactment

I rode my motorcycle over to Daytona Beach today with the intent of photographing some birds along the beach.

As I was coming into the city there was a sign directing me to a reenactment of a battle from the U. S. Civil War era. I figured the birds could wait, having never been to one.

I did get a nice osprey shot as he flew over the battlefield before the battle kicked off.

This is the raising of the flag to start the event.
