95th birthday

This is my friend’s mother- in- law. She turned 95 today so we had a lunch for her. Elly is Danish so my friend made a kransekage- Danish ring cake. Absolutely scrumptious. A mix of marzipan and meringue. Never had anything like it. She was delighted to blow out one large candle!!!!!!
