Jersey cows....

.....absolutely beautiful. The three of us went to Wheelbirks 
 Ice Cream Parlour yesterday for lunch. Ruth and I had not been before. It was a real treat we had lunch and then ice cream made with milk from these gorgeous Jersey cows. We had a little walk round Derwent Reservoir after, but certainly not far enough to walk off the calories consumed in the ice cream! Of course that wasn't the aim, we just enjoyed the food, the chat and the laughs.
I ordered my specs when I got home so they should arrive some time next week. Pity the car won't be that soon!
