The good weather continues.

Walked Saffy in the morning incorporating a trip to Vision Express at Tesco to get my prescription sunglasses.

I’ve managed to lose 9lb this year and where I feel the stamina has improved I’m not sure where it has come off from.  It’s four and a bit bags of sugar which is great but I can’t really see from where.

Into town for birthday cards and something for the teA.  Shops were quite busy folks out enjoying the sunshine and some tour buses waiting to pick up the oldies on Tay street.

Ben had a photography badge project to finish before going to the scouts and he pasted various pictures he took and printed onto a couple of big sheets of paper and wrote underneath what type of pic they were eg sports, shallow DOF, portrait and some writing on it.  He did a good job.

When he finished the scouts later and came into the house to pick up his schoolbag and clothes he said it went well.  He said he shared his work with his friend Issak as he was off last week from the scouts and didn’t do anything for the presentation so Ben decided he would share it with him and said to the leaders they both worked in it so Issak had something to contribute.  I thought this was so kind of Ben to think of Issak’s feelings and another instance of his empathy to how people will feel.  I suppose it’s a lie, but well meaning, but a different kind than from the iPhone scenario (he still has not got his phone as they need to go to the iphone shop on the Easter hols something about passwords not working)
