I'm back!!

Last time I was up here was December 2021. Near the top I slipped on a patch of ice and slid down the rocks a bit. I stood up in a daze and realised quickly that my left arm was hanging out of the shoulder socket. I have dislocated my other shoulder and one of my knees previously playing sport, but this was different, it wouldn't go back in. And was very, very painful. Fast forward three months and I can use my arm again but there is a long way to go to full recovery, possibly up to two years. I have really missed my daily walks up the law so it's a huge relief to be back.
