Hyacinth on the kitchen window sill in the morning sun, its heady scent filling the entire flat!

The sun didn't stay for long though, and by the time I went round to Jacqui's for coffee it was overcast but warm enough to sit outside. Wonderful!

An interesting yoga session this evening; our teacher was in philosophical mood!
