Savoury Muffins

Backblipped for Thursday 24th March 


I made a batch of savoury muffins for a celebration at choir tonight; these are vegetarian using sundried tomatoes instead of the bacon in the original recipe. I thought they turned out quite well.

Unfortunately they never made it to choir as Mr Flum and I were in the Royal Infirmary from late afternoon until well after choir started. Suffice to say, we had a scare, he is fine, the staff were super.

What muffins we did not eat are in the freezer, ready for another occasion.
