seems to be Panasonics equivalent of the “spinning wheel”….! When I turned it on yesterday that was the message I got and there it remained. Turned off and on….same thing.

Research tells me that it’s a power problem no doubt caused by 2 failed capacitors. So it’s now a dead dvd recorder.

Good thing that I remembered that I have an old one which was repaired and never used. It appears to be working alright thank goodness.
